Child Deprived of Child Support

Hello, I am a 15 year old child...and i have not recieved money from my father in 15 years (since i was born) in terms of child support. Hes from the Netherlands and my mother has made no attempt to contact a lawyer or even him to try to get the money and I am legally able to have. I'd like info about lawyers and just any help in general. Something is not right about my mother in the first place and I have already talked to a certified physchologist who has also agreed that something is not right. Please Help me.....

The money is not due to you, it is due to your mother. Child support is money paid to the custodial parent to compensate for the expense of raising the child.

If there was never a court order for support, then your father was never legally obligated to provide any.

You can certainly contact an attorney who is experienced in international child support issues to determine if there is anything else you can do.
