My wife and I have not had the perfect marriage. One day we had a fight that she started. She left me with different bruises and cuts and while I was trying to keep her away from me she got marked red. So I--not her-- called the cops and of course they took me in for spousal abuse...I lost that case and the deal with the DA was that I would leave town by enlisting (was already going to do---so then I couldnt stop it cause it was ordered now)
Anyways a few months ago (before I was supposed to leave...which is in August 2008) SHE took our child from our home and left to her parents house. She has let me see our daughter a couple of times...for her convinience but now she refuses to let me see her.
Is what she did illegal? is there anything I can do to get my daughter back?
