I have a court order saying I must pay $100 a month until I find gainful employment (not easy these days), and then submit my W2 to my ex-spouse. My ex-spouse says he is now taking me back to court and will ge a Wage Specialist to say how much money I should be making, and will have to court make me pay this amount.
Since I am unemployed, and making my $100 payment a month can the courts do this? Or is he just trying to make me made again? I understand that he can keep taking me back to court for what ever, but I don't think the court would do this.
