I have a thirteen year old daughter who now is living with her father. She has been there for one entire school year and is now starting her second. I had residential custody of her until 2003 when we went to court with his second wife to have 50/50 custody established. That is still the current order as of today. We have had a very rocky history o Him thinking he has to have it his way or no way. He has remarried and has a wife who shares in his attitude and distasteful comments. I have always had problems with trying to get ahold of my daughter. He had purchased a phone which she was not to give me the number. In the last year she has only called me 3 times, and that is when she really needed her moms support. The last time I made the mistake of saying something on the phone the next day and did not realize that her dad and other half always have me on speaker phone. 
She got the phone taken away. My husband and I decided to purchase a phone for her so it would be easier for me to get into touch with her and her father was informed that he was not to take that away unless I directed him to. He has since taken it away twice and my daughter begs me to not say anything for fear of being in trouble with him. He makes her lie and tell stories and make excuses for all sorts of things. His wife and himself call my family white trash, crappy people, etc. They say it all infront of her and then she tells me. When I confront the they lie and say they do not and then when faith comes back the next weekend she has been yelled at and been in trouble. The most recent was today when he was trying to tell me I could not pick up Faith unless I brought her saxaphone that her gpa had given me to have her learn on. I told him that I was not giving it to him I wanted to give it to his dad and then he proceeded to call me names with her by him mind you, like b...., ass....stupid..etc. I also said a few names but I was on the other side of the phone. I know it was bad but what could I do!! This is just the tip of the iceburg. What do I do and how to do it?
