I was speaking to a person on a phone chat line we exchanged phone number and he called and sent pictures said he was 20 and down his dad is calling and saying he is a minor and wants me to pay for help

Report it to the police.

In the future, assuming your future isn't short circuited by a prison cell, don't send naughty pictures via the Internet. In fact, be as smart as a fox and don't trade any pictures with anyone, except with granny and pappy at Christmastime.

Buddy phoned into the chat line you were on, and then phoned you, and sent you pictures. You did nothing wrong. Ignore him. If this was legit, they'd be phoning the cops on you, not asking you for money.
