I agreed for my ex to move to KY so she could go and stay with her mother and go back to school and get her degree. It has been two years and she has yet to enroll and she is no longer living with her mother.I feel like she got me to sign the change of Domicile agreement under false pretenses. Now it is a fight and hassle to get her to meet me for my parenting time as ordered. It usually works out that I get my daughter but I am having to give her money for gas or drive the entire distance instead of half way. Do I have any rights to request a change of domicile since she is not doing what she told the courts she wanted to move for? Please advise.
