Y ymq000 New Member Nov 18, 2008 #1 When I was a child my mother won a case in my name for injuries I sustained. She won the case and was awarded money. the person filed for bankrupcy. We were not given any money. Now I am a adult. Am I still entitled to any money. This was in 1990.
