I bought a used car with no warranty. After 4 weeks I got an oil change. I watched him put 5 quarts of oil in it and 4 days later it seized up, with no oil in at all. what should I do?

Maybe you could buy a new (or rebuilt) engine, especially if the current one seized.

Have you contacted the place that did the oil change?
Do you know what happened to the oil?
Can you show they were negligent in some way?
Have you asked insurance for any help?

Start by taking it to a repair shop and have the crankcase drain plug examined WHILE YOU WATCH AND MAKE A VIDEO of the examination.

It should be readily apparent if the drain plug was not tightened properly.

If it wasn't you can proceed against the oil change place.
