My car is under someone elses name however we both singed a contract stating it's my car and I'm making the payments for them...in my last payment I payed most of the car payment but wuz a little short so there for she took the car from me and also sold some of my property to pay the rest the payment I was missing and says she's keeping the car is legal to just take the car like she did

Yes, the legal proof of ownership is the name on the title, not some useless contract.
By the way, what you call a contract isn't worth the paper you wrote it on.
Sorry, she's sitting on the Queen's throne, and driving her car.
