can't spend extra time with daughter

Had a hearing and we agreed outside that I would have her every weekend and she would stay with her father and go to school where he lives during the week. There is not an order for this. We were never married and custody has not been taking away from me. I have asked to get her an hour early or have her stay with me a little longer and have been told by him that me and her have had enough time together. I never can get a hold of her on the phone. Can he do this? Can he tell me when I can and cannot see my daughter and for how long? We go to court in July for reevaluation

If there is not a court order then you have no legally binding agreement. Time to go back to court and get a court order.
