I have a question about filing a pretrial memorandum for a pretrial custody case. What information should be on the memorandum, and how should it look on paper?

Your state or county court may have a website that includes a self-help section. If so, you may find instructions there. Try googling it.

Anytime children are involved you really should have a lawyer. It will be well worth it in the end. Some lawyers take credit cards. Do you own a home? If you do another option would be to use the equity in your home to pay for the lawyer.
