K Visa Canadian Married to American

I am a Canadian with a son from a prior marriage. My husband is american and we would like to live in America. Can my Canadian son go to school out in America before paper work is complete for living in U.S.???? He's in grade 2. Please let me know thanks!!!!!

Is he going alone or asking if he can get some kind of student visa? Specify if you are moving too and on what type of visa.............The waiver program has restrictions.
