My husband and I are thinking about filing bankruptcy. We are barely making enough to get by and we have bills that are piling up that we can't pay. We still owe a lot on the home we purchased. We are worried that when this all happens that we will lose the only thing that really matters to us...our home. We were wondering if there is any way that they could take that from us, or something we can do to keep it?
