Can we get our licenses now that we are married?

We are sixteen and married. We got our permits right before we got married and now we need to know if we can get our licenses before the six months we have to wait. We cannot get jobs until we have our licenses and we badly need the cash. Can we go ahead and get our licenses now or do we wait??
