Ok. I was wondering if in West Virginia they can go back and recalculate back child support? The reason I am asking this is because I missed my court date and the mother of my child told the courts that I made 2500 a month. I never made that and I even sent in my pay stubs. They said that they never recieved them but I had proff that i faxed it to them and even tryed appeling it and they denied it so I don't know what to do from here. I added everything up from when they orderd me to pay 432.00 a month to what i really should have been paying and it came to half of what it really should have been so I don't know. I had to get a loan to pay the child support off and i am in the process of doing this right now. I just don't understand how she could go in and lie under oath and get away with it when they had my information could someone please give me some advice....

You should probably talk with an attorney. Since you missed the hearing, there was apparently no one there to represent you. Therefore, the judge ruled on the evidence that was available to him. Who was supposed to present your pay stubs?

NEVER miss a court date, not much more is important than that. If you miss it then, you lose in default then you can appeal it. You need to see an attorney or contact your child support agency to see if you can put in for a rduction. In the meantime until you get this fixed, maybe look into a second job so you can meet your expenses.
