Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Can the sentence be changed AFTER the gavel falls

I was convicted today of my second dwi in 7 years. The judge sentenced me to 12 months suspended with 7 days active and UNSUPERVISED probation. 5-10 minutes after leaving the court room I was told that the judge made a mistake and I will be on supervised probation. Is this proper or legal ?

I'm not sure. I'm aware of Judges reducing the sentence so there wouldn't be an appeal. . .

No, it's not proper. It's lazy. Legal, I don't know. . . sorry.
