For a while in the summer of 2006 and was writing and speaking with both of my cousins in an effort to help them help their mother in an despute that was effecting her mental health. During that time, I forwarded emails I had gotten from one cousin to the other cousins wife so she coudl be informed...up until I learned my cousin who does not use a computer had his wife print the e-mail uout and took it to his mother to make matters worse.
I then asked the wife to destory or give back the files and made it clear she did not have premission to use these. My Aunt became more ill and was hospitalized and I have no been allowed contact with her along with any others realitives for over a year...but just found out that my cousin wife made packets of 10 or more of e-mails I sent her in 2006 and sent them to a numer of relatives in order to defame me. Can she do this? Is this harrassment? Can I legally ask her to stop this again? Thank you
