Can my wife move over seas with my children?

I want to divorce my Wife, but I still want to be able to see my children. I think she may want to move back home which is in Scotland for her. I am Australian and my children were both born here.

Can she move back to Scotland with my children with out my permission?

Probably, not.
I lived in Australia for some years, and hold the QC.
So, I know of what I speak.
But, you have to make sure that this stipulation is part of the divorce decree.
She, no doubt, will fight you.
But, that is why people litigate divorces.
Make sure you discuss this with your attorney.
You should not treat this as a "do it yourself" project.
Hire a lawyer, and get busy on this today!!!
