Can my boyfriend claim me on his taxes?

I have been living with him for 10 months now. I am 23 years old and i was a fulltime student for all of 2008. I dont work no one else can claim me (parents dont file taxes). More then 50% of my support comes from him. Is it legal for him to claim me?

He cannot claim you as a dependent this year because you did not live with him all year. If you had lived with him all year, then you would be considered his dependent, although he could not file as Head of Household.
