Corporate Law can I self rep my LLC

I am the President / Secretary of an LLC. Can I Self Rep my corporation in Supreme Court, Criminal Court and Small Claims? Is there different requirements in different NYS counties? Thanks

What is your LLC doing in criminal court?

Generally, yes, you can if you are so authorized by the corporation. If in doubt, check with the court clerk.
