I'm from Malaysia. I properly filed a Power of Attorney document in Malaysian High Court to me to represent my father's cases in court. In that POA document we clearly mentioned that we don't have money to hire a lawyer and my is an uneducated person, so I want to help my father to explain the fact of the case to the court. In this situation, am I eligible to represent my father's case in Malaysian Court?
