I apologize if I'm mistaken. I assumed you were a spammer since another poster had posted in another thread with a link to mesothelioma legal help. Quite odd to find 2 posts about mesothelioma within 2 hours. The other post, which I linked in my previous reply, has been deleted, so my link doesn't make any sense now.

Do you know if there was a settlement in your case? You should have a case (or docket) number and can look up the progress in the case.
