I received a summons from a former landlord tonight, who is suing me for one month's rent, and various late fees and court costs. I have some outstanding debts and am considering filing bankruptcy anyways. My question is, if I were to file bankruptcy, could I add a judgement against me from this case in the bankruptcy?

Thanks

Yes, If you file a chapter 7 all debts will be wiped out- except fines, taxes, student loans and child/alimony support.
