Can I be fired for?

I had a private video stolen from my phone showing me under the influence. To be clear, I claim to be under the influence of drugs but the video does not show any drug use.

This video has nothing to do with work and was taken over 6 months ago by a friend.

If this video somehow managed to get emailed to one of my bosses or company wide, would be grounds for termination or demotion?

I hold an upper management position and work in Philly PA USA.

It could, because there is no law prohibiting it. Whether it would or not is not a question we can answer. Some employers would take this very seriously; some would disregard it. We have no way of knowing which category yours would fall into.
