I was divorced in CT in 2003. I moved to the UK a year ago and have a visa for residency; I expect to live here for several years. My ex-wife claims I'm not paying enough child support (the issues are murky). She will be taking it to court.
Does a CT court have jurisdiction over me? And even if they award her additional payments, how can they enforce this? Last question: if it turns out they do have jurisdiction, how likely is the UK to pursue this?
