My father in-law passed away a few months ago and my wife's step-sister has completely by-passed my mother-in-law's rights.
The step-sister removed things from their house without consent or knowledge, trying to extort $10,000 for a car that is registered to the father-in-law OR the step-sister. There are four pieces of real estate in question, a boat and Sea Do as well.
