I understand that California Family Code says that there will be a six month minumum time between filing the original summons on the respondant and when the judgement will be issued (sometimes it can be more than this)
Is it also true that you may not re-marry in CA for 6 months after receiving the "Notice Of Entry Of Judgement" from the court?
The Family code states that after disolution, your status is "unmarried" but does not mention anything about when you can re-marry after that.
