business relocation employees rights

Hi. After a long term ilness I been suspended on full pay pending investigation. I raised a grievance and it took 3 month. I am a catering manager and looking after two restaurants. While I was susoended, one of my restaurants has been relocated. I knew it will happened, but no one contacted me to advice where it's been moved, what is going to happen next. I received no consultation. I am still suspended and it looks to me, that it was a planned way to get rid of me. My question is: what is the legal procedure when business is relocating to another building. was the employer right by not giving me any info?

This is a US board and US and UK law employment law is not the) same. In general and based on the facts you've provided (additional facts might change this) this would be legal in the US but employees in the UK frequently have more rights than their US counterparts. You might want to try here:
