I recently took 50"-flatacreen t.v. for repairs.He didn't repair it first time. Assured me my money back guarantee if he didn't fix it 2nd. time.He didn't fix/correct the t.v. set Now avoids me, and wont refund my mony.The owner went as far as to plug in a dvd machine onto my t.v. set and try to deceit me by fraud and convince me that the set worked and that the line was a cable line.The owner repeatidly sait that my set was fixed and works.Which none of it was true.

Your remedy, assuming you can prove your allegations, lies in small claims court.
Be advised, even if you prevail, you won't get your tv back or money.
You'll end up with a piece of paper saying ABC owes you $XXX!
Don't get your hopes up.
