NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC/Gray News) — A clothing company based in North Charleston, South Carolina, has been ordered to pay Buc-ee's $850,000 for trademark infringement.
The famous gas station brand out of Texas filed the federal lawsuit against Born United, which specializes in selling clothes and merchandise bearing patriotic themes and slogans, in June 2025 due to the company's use of the famous Buc-ee's beaver mascot on their clothing.
