Animal Injury, Dog Bite Brown Recluse Spider Bite

My husband was bitten by a brown recluse spider at a motel that said they had no bugs. His co-worker witnessed the bite. Can he sue the motel?

Anyone can sue anyone else for anything. I doubt that your hubbie can prove the hotel was negligent because he got bit by a spider, but he can always consult a local attorney to see if there is a case. If the attorney wants to be paid up front, the case is probably a dog.
