You mean a case for negligence on the part of the store? Probably not.
But did you report it to store management when it happened?
If it's on record there it can't hurt to call the corporate HQ and make a claim. You might get your bills paid and some go-away money or you might get nothing. Still worth a call.
If you didn't report it to store management when it happened, you can forget about it and move on.
