Do local zoning officers have a legal right to break into a building that is being used as a warehouse and then condemn it as unfit for human habitation....all without probable cause or a valid search warrant and can zoning officers even get search warrants for such a purpose? If not are there any lawyers that read this that is willing to file a suit on this either pro bono or on a contingency basis? call 570-760-7767

We have no idea where you are. We have no idea what circumstances or ordinances they relied on when they made their determinations.

This is not a lawyer referral service. You can utilize the "Find Lawyers" link at the top of the page to try and help locate an attorney that might be able to help.

There are a number of reasons why authorities might make entry to a building without a warrant and then subsequently condemn the property or otherwise determine it to be uninhabitable. Without details, it is not possible to evaluate whether anything improper occurred.
