Breach of Contract?

Hi There!! I am an H1B visa holder, working as a Travelling Occupational Therapist, my agency is based in ALABAMA. Before I came here I signed a contract with the following benefits( I would not state all of them):

1. $25 per hour in which after 3 months would be increase to $30 plus a $300 bonus upon completion of 3 month assignment cycle.

2. full Health Insurance Benefits.

3. Reimbursements of my expenses I made for documents processing, my NBCOT and other expenses upon my first paycheck.

However I've passed my 3rd month now and got a salary still based on $25 dollar per hour, secondly they are planning to deduct a further $42 dollars for our health insurance and finally the reimbursements of my expenses are paid in installments within the next 3 contract years.

Can I Sue them and transfer to another employer during the court time frame?what if they terminate me for suing them?

I really need one advice
