Doubtful. All that is needed is the DNA test shouwing that the hubby isn't the Father of this child. Paternity is disestablished. Done.

Why do you want the lovers name?

DNA test is done showing hubby isnt the father. He wants the biological father's identity and proof of support as filed in divorce papers. I don't want the name. I am the biological father.
