Hi,
2 and half years ago (2013 march) I left an apartment. The apartment was used only for 9 months and very very cleanly. Even I did not entered the apartment with shoes. Without no single scratch I left at March. My lease was going to be over in May. They did not returned deposit and we got arrangement that they are going to find new tenants and we will not take back the deposit. Now, around 2 and half years later they send a bill stating that I have to pay 250 dollars for cleaning charge of the apartment.
Do they have right to do that? 2 and half years later???
