Hi all...
I have been with my current employer for just under 4 years.
In South Africa.
When I was employed, we went into a Verbal agreement and I only recently (after 2 and a half years... closer to 3 years) received a written contract (but which excludes portions of the verbal agreement, which I only now realized).
The verbal agreement included parking as a benefit, which I still get to this day (except that it is not in my written contract)... However, we are now about to move to a different premises, where I may not be receiving a parking bay, but if I do receive one, I will be required to pay for it on a monthly basis.
Can they do this or do I have rights that can prevent this?
