I am being sued for damages by a "landlord" who forged my signature on the lease. I am not disputing damages..I am disputing his right to sue using a forged agreement.

Did you have a specific question?

Do you have a lawyer? If not, you might want to talk to one.

There's just one little problem, proving it, not just saying it.

If you know of ANY crime committed, contact the appropriate police or sheriff agency and report the crime.

The police or sheriff will investigate.

If you're being sued in a civil court, no judge will permit what you to discuss, much less assert an alleged crime in a civil trial.

Here's a better question, why did you move in,if the lease was forged? No need to answer here, but be prepared to answer in a real court whenyou levy your accusation.

One last bit of information, people usually sue people who accuse them of committing crimes.

Be careful when you throw around accusations of people committing felonies.
