Have you had a little to much to drink tonight? Why on earth are you posting about BK in a forum that addresses alcohol and drugs

Bankruptcy is a personal choice. It does work, because the largest corporations in the US have taken that route. Speak to a local attorney personally about your situation. Then make an informed choice!
