Ok thanks. My child had reported to her GAL that her mothers husband had been touching her inappropriatly but after a therapist had declared it unsubstancable the GAL agreed that he be allowed back in the house even though my child had stated she felt unsafe

We did that was how we got the ex parte for emergency temp custody that got reversed because the actual judge said we didnt mention we were in a custody battle which we did but he reversed it anyway since then ive requested the in court room recording but my lawyer said it was pointless cause it wouldnt change a thing
