Back child support

Ok i am 24 years old and my brother is 27 is it possible to sue our biological father for back child support?

Child support is not for the children; it is meant to reimburse the custodial parent for costs incurred raising the children.

If Mom had a court order for child support and Dad didn't pay, MOM may be able to sue.

No way, it is not owed to you at all. It is owed to your mother and only if she had a court order for it. If she never filed for it, way too late now.
