The judge asked to revisit the issue in 6 to 24 months, depending on how quickly the business began to regenerate revenue again. Niether party ever re-entered court and instead made adjustments outside of court once the business began to generate revenue. Assuming the business has done as well or better as when the intial settlement was determined, how long does the recipient (female) of the alimony have to return to court and leagally attempt to adjust the wages?
