I live in New York and my 11 month old daughter and I, her mom, live with my mom and her boyfriend. I left an abusive relationship with my daughters' father. My daughter sleeps in my bedroom in her crib. How old can she be to sleep in my room before having to get her own room? Could she sleep in my 11 yr old sister (baby's aunt) room if she can't sleep in my room?

Why wouldn't she be able to sleep in your room? If she sleeps in your sister's room how would that really be all that different from sharing a room with a sibling? What is your legal question? I don't see the issue.
