i live in a 2 bedroom place its me my 5 month old daughter and my girlfriand in one room then in the other room it my friend and her 2 daughter. he dad lives at my moms house its a 3 bedroom and he sleeps in the liveroom. he is trying to tell me that he can take her away from me he dose not have a jod and i do so i can pay for her and he cant what do i do?
