My jurisdiction is: Arizona

My ex husband is wealthy and 3 months behind on child support payments. I am about to be evicted, power will be shut off in 2 days, no food in my refrige etc. etc.
Court says it will take 30 days just to get a hearing. Is there any "emergency" type motion that can be filed now?

not really. If you are that desperate then apply for aid. Is dad self employed? Unless he voluntarily pays the support there is not much you can do and CSE will not do anything in AZ (where I am) unless he misses a court date or falls behind 5k.

Start looking for a cheap place to live and apply for food stamps. Do you have a job?
