my aunt died three weeks ago. and she had no will. She had a co-op apartment. My dad is the clostest living family member, but he is 89 years old. My aunt had a guardian from the Jewish Association for Services for the Aged. We had no contact with my aunt until a couple days before she died. I would like to get control of her co-op apartment, but I don't Know where to begin. Please help me.
