If I was convicted of assult and battery but never had the lawtenburgh amendment tack on me, will I ever be able to purchase a firearm?

Felony? or what class of offense..........

No Felony. I was just found guilty. No one said anything about any class of offense. How can I find out? There is nothing on the court papers.

You can call your local Police Department or court to find out. While you are at it, they would even be able to answer your question..........
