If I have a car listed as an asset in my business, and when I get divorced, I would want for my wife to have that vehicle because it is paid off. Could I then claim another car on my taxes as an asset to my company the next year? I am just just worried that the IRS would raise their ugly head and wonder whats going on. Any thoughts?
