I have a friend who passed away a year ago. He is divorced a long time ago and his ex wife and son has migrated and non contactable. He has lived at my home(free) for more than 13 years, and although he has siblings, he was not in good terms with them and hardly contact them. I have been receiving Estate statement of a of his fund in several unit trusts after his demise. Nobody has laid claim to it. Can I get the letter of Probate from Court and be the beneficial to his estate?
