Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Arrest Warrant For Missing Parole

Hello,

I know someone who missed parole about 7 years ago, and there was/is an arrest warrant out for him in the state of California. Is there an expiration for that warrant or how does he go about getting warrant removed. I believe the parole was originally for some sort of drug use.

Warrants rarely, if ever, expire. Parole warrants (often called blue warrants) never expire until the parolee is captured. So, you can drop a dime on the absconder, or tell him/her to tread lightly; because someone wants his/her person!
